Invest into the REI Fund

Open to investors in the US or to US citizens living outside the US or resident aliens living in the US with a Federal Tax ID Number, the REI Fund is a Regulation D Rule 506B Security filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The portfolio of this fund includes small loans on residential fix and flip and new construction projects in Texas. The average term of lending is 12 months but loans range in term of 6 months to 24 months in the portfolio. At times the REI Fund will build a residential property to hold in the portfolio and use as rental property. Investors from legal Cannabis Businesses may invest into this Fund. However, the Fund does not lend to cannabis related businesses. The majority of collateral on loans in this portfolio can be found in Opportunity Zones throughout Texas.

 

Income Streams into the Fund include:

  • Lender discount points
  • Interest from loans
  • Rental Income from properties owned by the Fund
  • Profits from the sale of properties owned by the Fund
  • Miscellaneous income from financing fees, rebates, etc.

 

The minimum investment into this Fund is $10,000 and the investment term is for two years. Investors are paid an Eight Percent Preferred Rate of Return calculated annually and paid semi-annually. Investors may receive their distribution or they may reinvest their distribution. Additionally, the investors share in Seventy Percent of the Net Profit of the Fund after the Preferred Rate and the Management Fee is paid. This Fund qualifies for investments from self-directed retirement accounts.

Invest into A List Partners Regional Center

 

A List Partners Regional Center, LLC (ALPRC) is a designated Regional Center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). ALPRC is a Regulation D Rule 506C Security filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

 

As a Private Lender and Designated Regional Center, ALPRC lends money on real estate projects in Texas and a few other select states in the USA. Due to a vast and growing network of real estate developers that have been heavily vetted by ALPRC that are seeking capital for their projects, ALPRC provides many opportunities for investing into viable real estate projects in the major metropolitan areas of Texas. Real Estate loans create income from these activities:

 

  • In some cases, equity participation in real estate projects we finance
  • Rental income from properties we buy and hold in our portfolio
  • Income from sale of properties in our portfolio
  • In some cases, equity participation in EB-5 projects
  • Lender discount points
  • Interest from loans
  • Miscellaneous income from financing fees, rebates, etc.
  • Income from ‘renting’ our regional center to developers
  • Admin income from each EB-5 Investor
  • Participation in the yield created by each New Commercial Enterprise managed by ALPRC

 

The minimum investment into this Fund is $50,000 and the investment term is for three years. Class A Investors are paid a TEN PERCENT FIXED RATE OF RETURN calculated annually and paid monthly. Investors may receive their distribution or they may reinvest their distribution. Class B Investors share in EIGHTY PERCENT of the NET PROFIT of the Fund after the Class A Investors and the Management Fee is paid. This Fund qualifies for investments from self-directed retirement accounts.
